Booking
Booking happens in your DMs.
Charlotte answers her own messages, so the person replying to you is the same person who will assess and treat you. It also means you can ask the slightly awkward question before you commit to anything.
What to say
Nothing formal. “I’d like my lips doing but I don’t want them to look done, can we talk about it?” is a perfect first message. It helps to mention:
- What’s bothering you
- In your own words
- Previous treatment
- If any
- Days that work
- Roughly
One thing to keep off DM
Medical history, medication, allergies and photographs of a concern all get handled in clinic, where they can be recorded and stored properly. A social message is not a secure place for health information, so Charlotte will ask you those in person.
Already a client?
Same account for reviews, repeat treatment and aftercare. If something does not look or feel right, say so straight away rather than waiting for the next appointment.
Catching a date
Available appointments are posted to Instagram as they open. Following the account is the fastest way to see them.
Start with a conversation.
Dermal filler consultations are free, and you will always have time to think it over. Message Charlotte, she answers herself.
